Job Summary
We are seeking a strong, critical thinking detail-oriented Lead Hand to complete projects and tasks. this candidate would ideally become a manager in the future.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership potential, Mature communication skills, The ability to receive constructive criticism and improve. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

- Lead small construction team, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Learn to Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work complies with safety standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects while adhering to project timelines.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.

- Interior basement Waterproofing Procedures and practices
- Exterior foundation waterproofing
- Weeping tile repairs and replacement
- sewage repairs and upgrades
- Safe and efficient operation of mini excavator
- Safe trenching practices
- Repairs and updates to below grade water service
- How to form Concrete foundations
- How to build using ICF ( Insulated Concrete Forms )
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
