What You'll Do
As a Spa Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience by:
- Greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone
- Booking, confirming, and managing appointments through our booking system
- Promoting memberships, gift cards, spa packages, service enhancements, and retail products
- Educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services
- Supporting service providers to ensure seamless client experiences
- Managing client records and maintaining accurate files
- Handling multiple tasks efficiently, including answering phones, assisting clients, and processing transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the spa
- Assisting with daily spa operations and administrative duties as required

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, reception, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable recommending products, memberships, and service upgrades
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
