What You'll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting both our service department and customers by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone with friendly, professional service
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are ordered and available promptly
- Receive, inspect, unpack, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Process customer purchases, payments, and returns
- Respond to inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications
- Help keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently
What We're Looking ForQualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or service environment preferred
- Working knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Ability to pass a background check
