SALARY RANGE: $53,743 - $94,18 1 (depending on qualifications & experience)
Gaglardi Academy has one grade 2/3 elementary teaching position available for the 2026-2027 school year. The full-time position is from August 31, 2026, to June 25, 2026 and may continue into future years.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with a passion for Christ, children, and learning. The successful candidate must provide a pastoral reference and be willing to sign a Community Code of Conduct Agreement. Qualities and skills for the ideal candidate should include, but are not limited to:
- Must be a committed, church-attending Christian

Must be a BC-certified teacher for the 2026-2027 school year

Willing to work collaboratively, planning, teaching, and assessing within a team-based environment

Experience in teaching primary and intermediate grades would be an asset

Committed to and practicing differentiated instruction and Universal Design for Learning strategies

Demonstrates a strong understanding and use of formative and summative assessments

Familiar with Google Workspace (i.e. Google Classroom) and using technology

Interest in assisting with extra-curricular programs and involvement in school life would be an asset

Able to integrate a biblical worldview into all lessons

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
