Reporting to a leader within the Field Compensation Administration organization, this position is suited for an individual who is very organized with excellent time management skills, someone who shows strong attention to detail and thrives in a change filled environment. A Field Administrator will assist with various administrative tasks within the Field Compensation organization and assist with data input into compensation systems to support a project initiative
Filing correspondence on field member contract files or other files maintained within the department.
Compiling and sorting information.
Inputting and updating data into various compensation systems.
Handling a variety of bulk mailings of confidential reports sent bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly and ensuring mailing labels are updated and maintained.
Sorting and delivering of mail.
Providing other administrative tasks within the Field Comp organization as required.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Strong team player – able to work in a team to meet overall dept deadlines, with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy required.
Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills - Able to handle multiple priorities while managing deadlines.
Technically savvy and Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
Product knowledge and use of various admin systems would be an asset (IMS, TSO, ADF, Investment Center, SAS, Siebel and FASAT).
Flexible - able to work overtime when required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical demands required for bulk mailing jobs and filing. Includes bending, lifting of heavy paper boxes on regular basis.
Communication skills in French would be an asset.
