Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure sanitation standards are maintained
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to company policies and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not required; training will be provided for all new hires
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
