What you will do:
This position is for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. You will work with Developers to plan project test phases and work with technicians to meet project schedules.

How you will do it:
  • Develops, updates, and executes test procedures from technical specifications
  • Assists team of SQA technicians during the test procedures execution
  • Develops test reports for listing agencies
  • Interacts regularly with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to discuss technical/complex test scenarios, system setups, special configurations, NFPA regulations, etc.
  • Acts as point of contact with the various development teams (to discuss/reproduce/validate issues observed during test execution)
  • Tracks and reports progress on regular basis (identifies schedule issues to Manager)

What we look for

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical engineering or similar or relevant work experience with 6 to 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong writing skills as well as the ability to read and understand technical specifications produced by the engineering staff
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQA test processes
  • Strong technical capabilities including system level Hardware knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both and written and spoken
  • Must be organized and possess the ability to task switch efficiently.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
