Tuc's Contracting is currently seeking positive, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanics (HET or Truck & Transport).
The ideal candidate will possess:

Interprovincial Journeyman Certificate (Red Seal) in Heavy Equipment Technician or Truck and Transport Mechanic

Experience in maintaining and repairing highway tractors is considered a strong asset

Alberta Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) Licence is considered an asset

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork

Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on highway tractors and other fleet equipment

Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems

Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation
-
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards

Participate in shift work, including night shifts
