Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work stations
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously in a food service environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with food handling and meal preparation in the food industry is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
