URGENTLY HIRING – 310T Truck & Heavy Equipment Mechanic
$35–$49/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced 310T Truck & Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team and help maintain our growing fleet of trucks and equipment.
If you are a reliable mechanic who can diagnose issues, work independently, and take pride in quality repairs, we want to hear from you.
Equipment You’ll Be Working On
- Loaders, backhoes, excavators, skid steers
- Equipment trailers
- ½ ton, ¾ ton, and 5-ton trucks
- Tandem & tri-axle dump trucks
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records
- Keep shop and work areas clean and safe
- Welding and light fabrication (asset)
Requirements
✔ 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (preferred)
✔ 3–5+ years experience with heavy trucks or equipment
✔ Strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulics, and electrical systems
✔ Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
✔ Valid Class G license with clean driving record
✔ DZ or AZ license is an asset
✔ Welding or fabrication experience is an asset
