*Job Summary*
We are seeking an Arabic speaking compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. The Support Worker will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized support and ensuring their well-being.
*Duties*
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients
*Qualifications*
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or similar roles is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, and nursing home procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards others
- Certification in medication administration is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo training as required
