About Us
For over 100 years, Davis Machine has been a trusted leader in custom machining, welding, and babbitt bearing services. Serving the power generation, mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, we’ve built our reputation on precision craftsmanship and reliability.
We’ve recently expanded into a brand-new, 40,000 sqft facility, giving us the ability to invest in new equipment, hire more employees, and take on bigger, more complex projects. This means new opportunities for experienced machinists to work in a state-of-the-art environment where they can take ownership of custom projects from start to finish.
Why Join Davis Machine?
✔ Exciting & Varied Work – Work on diverse, custom projects instead of running the same machine every day.
✔ A Hands-On, Full-Cycle Role – See your work through from start to finish in a non-production setting.
✔ Expanding Facility & New Equipment – Our move to a larger shop allows us to tackle bigger jobs, improve efficiency, and grow as a company.
✔ Tight-Knit, Family-Oriented Culture – We value our employees as much as productivity. You won’t just be a number here!
✔ Career Stability & Growth – This is a long-term, career opportunity, not just another job.
