Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in providing excellent food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, food handling, and plating to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support serving staff with food delivery and presentation as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies required for daily operations
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained properly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary
- Strong communication skills and reliability in adhering to safety guidelines
- Restaurant experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory
