We are seeking a Representative / Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues and offering solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- From 10AM TO 4PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
