What You’ll Do
As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of our company inside Costco locations. Your role is to engage with shoppers, create positive conversations, and help customers learn about current heating and cooling promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally approach and engage Costco shoppers
- Start friendly conversations with customers in-store
- Explain current heating and cooling promotions and services
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times
- Collaborate with team members and management to maximize performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking energetic and confident individuals who are comfortable speaking with people throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Outgoing, confident, and positive attitude
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Sales, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
