Position Summary
The employer partner is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Members to support daily restaurant operations at multiple locations across the Greater Toronto Area. This hands-on role combines food preparation, line cooking, and dishwashing responsibilities to ensure efficient kitchen operations, high-quality food preparation, and a clean, safe work environment. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete food preparation tasks according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cook and assemble menu items efficiently during service.
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, food preparation areas, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and kitchen materials as needed.
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- English proficiency is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work afternoon, evening, late evening, or overnight shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
