Swiss Chalet located at 5658 Signal Hills Centre SW T3H 3P8 is hiring Part-time and Full time Servers. Active Proserve is required.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and clean up after customers leave
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, service, and handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial
- Cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
