Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs
- Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment
- Uphold professional standards in line with licensing requirements and clinic policies
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes client comfort and trust
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, to build lasting client relationships
Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
