THE ROLE
As a Server at Briggs, you're more than an order taker.
You're a host, guide, salesperson, and hospitality professional who knows how to create genuine connections with guests while delivering polished, attentive service.
You'll:
- Create memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Guide guests through menus, features, wine, cocktails, and pairings
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional section
- Anticipate guest needs and solve problems with confidence
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
