Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directing service activities for a very fast-paced team of service technicians. You will also work with the Service Team to prepare quotes and coordinate the execution of service agreements.
- Prepare documentation and simple product quotes
- Manage and schedule maintenance contracts for key clients
- Prepare maintenance proposals with service team
- Create and issue PO for mechanics
- Order parts as requested by the service team
- Coordinator with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and design professionals
- Dispatch and schedule work for mechanics
- Support the president in administering the safety program
Qualifications:
- Articulate communicator
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Proactive problem-solver that manage difficult situations with a positive result
- 5+ years in a professional administrative role
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in a bookkeeping software - preferably Sage (Simply Accounting) is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
