Location: Cordova Bay, Victoria, BC
Pay: $20.00 per hour + tips
Hours: 35–40 hours per week

The Beach House Café is a brand-new oceanfront café in beautiful Cordova Bay. Every shift comes with stunning ocean views, a premium coffee program, and the opportunity to help build one of Victoria's newest destination cafés.

We're looking for an experienced barista who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and brewed coffee
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- 2+ years of specialty coffee/barista experience preferred.
- Experience using commercial espresso machines
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
