We’re Hiring a High-Performing Service Consultant

As the face of our service department, you’ll play a key role in building trust with customers, coordinating repairs, and helping deliver an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services professionally and honestly
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and repair orders
- Help maintain strong CXI/customer satisfaction scores
- Build long-term customer relationships and trust
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up/drop-off and ensure a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor/consultant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales confidence with a consultative approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Valid driver’s license required
