Responsibilities:

- Safety and Compliance: Solid understanding of construction site safety and WorkSafeBC regulations, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols on-site. A minimum of Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 2 (Intermediate) certification is required.
- Infection Control: Experience with Infection Control Procedures in medical construction environments is an asset. Candidates without this experience must be willing to complete the required training prior to mobilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, municipalities, consultants, and trade subcontractors. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across project teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project information to a range of audiences.
- Initiative and Ownership: Self-motivated and eager to grow, with a willingness to seek and accept responsibility. A creative and critical thinker who takes full ownership of their projects and tasks.
