We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate retail staff through effective team management, training & development, and performance coaching.
- Oversee merchandising activities, including pricing, product placement, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage POS systems, cashiering duties, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication skills with staff and customers to foster a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and marketing initiatives.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to train & develop staff effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong time management skills.
