Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently on bush roads in remote locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Current opportunities include: Gravel Truck, Log Truck, B-train, or Water Truck drivers
Duties
- Safely and efficiently operate trucks in remote locations on bush roads
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all company and client policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Experience hauling gravel, logs, access mats on forestry/bush roads in all conditions encountered in remote forestry and pipeline settings
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays and camp if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
