Dewan E Khass Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with daily food preparation, kitchen setup, and organization
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation while following food safety standards
- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support kitchen operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar Pakistani or Indian restaurant kitchen role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties as required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
