CMJ Sheet Metal is looking for experienced foremen to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to further their career in the sheet metal industry. Individuals will join a growing company that works on several project sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of sheet metal products and systems
- Layout and installation of in-slab ductwork for high-rise concrete and/or woodframe projects
- Measuring and ordering of duct work, grilles and fire dampers
- Installation of large fans and MUA units
- Managing a crew of apprentices and/or other journeymen
- Liaising with project managers and site superintendents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Red Seal Sheet Metal Journeyman ticket or equivalent experience
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Previous experience leading residential projects is an asset
