Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and strong willed Account executive to become a key part of our business. This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to become the owner’s right hand person and play an important role in the success of the company as well as manage the brokerages book of business
This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working from home, while also requiring in-person availability in Alliston as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist in re-marketing/ re-shopping existing clients to new companies
- Quoting of new clients where needed
- Be the #2 to the owner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and problem resolution professionally and confidently
- Support the owner with various business tasks and priorities
- Learn brokerage processes and systems with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time

- Comfortable working independently from home while staying accountable
- Willing and able to attend in-person meetings or workdays in Alliston when required
- Insurance background required
- RIBO licensed required
- Previous customer service experience or account executive experience is an asset; attitude, work ethic, and reliability are most important
