Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will perform tire replacements, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities
- Perform tire rotations, replacements, and repairs efficiently and safely
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and communicate findings to customers or supervisors
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete service tasks
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure tools are properly stored after use
- Promote additional sales of maintenance services and products to customers
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
