NEW HOME ADMINISTRATOR

EXPERIENCED NEW HOME ADMINISTRATOR
We are presently looking to hire a New Home Sales Administrator whose primary role will be to administer, facilitate and manage the contract documentation required in pre-construction residential real estate sales.
Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones and inquiries, welcome and greet all visitors to the sales center.
- Enter data from contact cards into database, check for previous registration for brokers and referrals, advise of issues for sales representatives to follow-up with broker/customer
- Maintain customer databases
- Daily email correspondence
- Prepares sales documents including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS), amendments, etc., prior to scheduled appointments
- Review all sales files for accuracy; return to Sales Representative for correction as required; final review and process of sales file to Head Office
- Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Order and maintain Marketing and Sales materials as necessary
- Conduct inspections to ensure sales center & models are always kept neat & clean, ensuring all decorated areas are also in order; report any concerns as necessary.
- Maintain filing system and inventory of office supplies
- Assists in scheduling appointments and/or visiting Brokerages as requested
- Supports Management and Sales Representatives with administrative related tasks
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Post Secondary Degree or Advanced Diploma would be considered an asset.
Prior Related Experience:
- New Home or Real Estate Admin experience at real estate preferred/an asset but not required
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, ability to multitask and a self starterer
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the public
- Works efficiently in a team environment
**Must be available to work weekends**
Sales Office Hours:
Mon & Tues - Off
Wednesday & Thurs 11-7
Friday & Sat - 11-9
Sunday 11-7
Schedule will vary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
