Responsibilities
- Prepare and garnish food items according to company standards to ensure quality presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, providing correct change and managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Serve customers at the drive-thru window and dining area with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment during busy hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Follow all food handling procedures to uphold health standards and safety protocols.
- Support team members in food preparation when needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus.
- Strong cashiering skills with experience using POS systems like Micros POS.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Effective communication skills to provide outstanding customer service at the drive-thru and front counter.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
