We are currently seeking a Commercial / Multi-Residential Cleaner with at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience to service our clients in Hamilton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cleaning services at multiple residential and commercial buildings located within the L8K, L8H, and L8G areas.
Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday to Friday, at various locations.

Job Type: Independent Contractor
Hourly Rate: $19.00/hour
Scope of Work
- Perform routine, deep, and touch-up cleaning as required
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, laundry rooms, gym areas, and office spaces
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean office areas, including cupboards, refrigerators, countertops, and other appliances
- Clean and sanitize bathroom facilities
- Empty garbage and recycling as required
- Provide chemicals and supplies
- Ensure washroom supplies are adequately stocked
- Use our mobile app to check in/out and upload photos
Haves to Be Considered:
- Have 1 year of residential cleaning experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between the various service locations.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must have a smartphone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+)
- Willing to work as a Contractor (You can be a professional cleaner willing to work as an independent contractor OR a Cleaning Business Owner who has a Registered business in Canada/Ontario)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time and attention to detail

- Only experienced cleaning professionals will be contacted by our operations team.
- If you meet all requirements, you'll be invited to complete a test job.
- We'll guide you through our cleaning standards to evaluate if the partnership is a good fit.
- We work with a network of highly skilled subcontractors who receive consistent job opportunities and grow their cleaning businesses with us.
How you will get paid
- Complete services as scheduled (Mon–Sun cycle)
- You’ll receive a draft invoice to confirm your hours
- Bi-weekly direct deposit payments (every other Friday for the prior two weeks)
