Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in B2B and retail sales environments. This role involves engaging with clients, providing expert product knowledge, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth. The Product Advisor will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, upselling products, and delivering exceptional customer service across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts to promote our product offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships.
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, including upselling complementary products and services to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate deals effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing partnerships with dealerships and other business clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting products through various channels and supporting promotional campaigns.
- Manage sales support activities, including preparing proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses using CRM tools or other organizational systems.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue streams.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to product promotion and customer engagement.
- Good math skills for calculating quotes, discounts, and analyzing sales data.

Pay: $2,600.00-$9,800.00 per month
