Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including making beds, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Pay: $17.60 per hour
