The Site Superintendent will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of construction activities at our clients sites. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to meet project timelines and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of storage facility construction, including insulation systems, refrigeration, and structural design.

Site Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure the project is progressing according to the schedule and budget.

Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Coordinate with Project Managers to align with project objectives and timelines.

Compliance & Safety:

Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.

Ensure all team members comply with local building codes, permits, and industry regulations.

Planning & Coordination:

Organize and conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage the delivery of materials and monitor equipment usage on-site.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate site logs, daily reports, and project documentation.

Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

Identify and communicate potential risks or issues proactively, offering solutions to mitigate them.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with cold storage construction, including insulation systems and refrigeration units.

Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and HSE regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
