We are an established, CI Assante Wealth Management advisory team located in West Edmonton looking for a securities-licensed assistant to provide exceptional support to a growing practice.

Duties
- Assist the Financial Advisor in preparing and reviewing client financial plans, investment portfolios, and account documentation
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Handle account opening procedures, updates, and maintenance with precision and adherence to regulatory standards
- Support the preparation of reports related to investments, cash flow analysis, and financial summaries
- Ensure all client records are organized, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations and privacy standards
- Coordinate with custodians, fund companies, and other financial institutions for transaction processing and account servicing
- Maintain a thorough understanding of investment products, financial services offerings, and relevant accounting principles to provide informed support
Qualifications
- Valid CIRO securities license as a Registered Assistant or equivalent certification in financial services or related field
- Proven experience supporting financial advisors or within a financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, investment products, and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in document management and data entry
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and external partners
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality
- Preferred expertise with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
