Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker/ Installer to join our team. You will craft, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and woodwork. The ideal candidate has strong woodworking skills, reads blueprints accurately, and operates shop machinery safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom cabinets, trim.
- Cut and shape wood components using saws, routers, and CNC machines.
- Assemble parts using glue, screws, and clamps.
- Apply finishes, stains, laminates, or veneers to surfaces.
- Install completed cabinets and hardware at job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional woodworking or cabinet-making experience.
- Technical skills: Ability to read detailed blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists.
- Tool proficiency: Safe operation of table saws, jointer, planers, and hand tools.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Precision: Sharp eye for detail, accurate measurements, and math skills.
- License: Valid driver’s license
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
