Refined Glass is growing and hiring Auto Glass Technicians.
Required Experience
We are only hiring technicians with experience working for auto glass companies operating three or more locations.
Applicants whose experience comes primarily from single-shop operations or companies with fewer than three locations will not be considered.
This requirement is non-negotiable.

Refined Glass operates with established systems, documented procedures, and company-wide installation standards.
We are looking for technicians who are already familiar with structured operations, standardized processes, quality control requirements, and professional performance expectations.

Compensation
Senior Auto Glass Technicians
(10+ Years of Experience)
Junior Auto Glass Technicians
- $22 per hour during probation
- $23 to $32 per hour after successful completion of probation
Compensation is based on experience, technical ability, and overall performance.
