We are seeking an experienced live-in Building Superintendent. We require a professional, bilingual, high-paced, detailed oriented & friendly individual.
This is a non-smoking, dog free building.
This position offers:

This positions entails:
- 40 hours per week, 8 hour per day (7 am to 4 pm), Monday to Friday.
- On-call biweekly, 4 pm to 7 am. Alternating with live-in superintendent.
- General site knowledge and certifications required for high rise condominiums. (Boilers, shut offs, sprinkler systems, intercom systems, etc.)
- Regular inspections. (Annual, monthly, weekly & daily)
- Emergency response.
- Lock-ups.
- Maintenance requirements: Minor repairs, drywall, minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, etc.
- Reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Notice posting as required by management.
- Pool and sauna care.
- Cleaning.
- Fire, Safety & Security.
- Seasonal work. (Snow removal, grounds care, etc.)
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2-year building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Fire Plan and Workplace Safety Programs
- Customer focused personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with the use of maintaining Condo building mechanical systems
- Knowledge and experience of preventive maintenance techniques
- Knowledge and experience in swimming pool maintenance considered an asset
- Prior experience in the Condominium & Property Management industry, is considered an asset
- Experience as a Superintendent is preferred
- Criminal record check required
