$17.60/hour plus tips (rising to $17.95/hour on October 1, 2026)
Turner Hospitality Group runs a group of distinctive restaurants across Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Thornbury — rustic Italian at Magnone's and Polpette, Asian fusion at Mother Tongue, French at Poppy's. Scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, real hospitality.
We're hiring Servers and Bartenders who can make a room feel looked after.
The Role
On the floor, you'll guide guests through our food, wine and cocktail menus, anticipate what a table needs before they ask, and keep your section tight through a busy service. Behind the bar, you'll execute our cocktail list with consistency and speed, keep the well stocked and clean, and run service for both the bar and the floor without losing the thread on either.
Either way, you'll work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team, handle concerns thoughtfully when they come up, and hold the standard on cleanliness, side work and responsible alcohol service.
What you Bring
- 1–2+ years serving or bartending in a busy restaurant
- Genuine interest in food, wine and cocktails, and the instinct to make people feel welcome
- Strong communication and a team-first approach
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve certification
