Under the supervision of the Director, the candidate plans, organizes, coordinates training and special events taking place at our Vaughan office.

Please note that we will move to our new Vaughan facility in Fall 2019, the address will be 8865 Highway 50.

Principal tasks:
Follow-up of booking requests for training/visits to laboratories;
Coordination with the Executive Assistant on the specific needs of employees and clients (transportation, hotels, etc.);
Coordination of materials required for training/special events/customer-supplier visits;
Capturing internal training requests related to the Overall Training Plan;
Capturing, compiling and printing Certification of Training forms;
Sends and tracks satisfaction forms (clients and employees);
Based on operational requirements attend training, host customer-supplier tours and take part in various special events (5 to 7, Wine and Cheese, cocktails, etc.);
Update of the monthly dashboard, which compiles various statistics (number of visits, training, client events, etc.);
Ordering meals or catering, if required;
Make sure that the training rooms meet the needs (tables, chairs, food, water, drink, etc.);
Other related tasks.

Requirements:
1-3 years experience in a similar position;
Bilingualism (an asset);
Management, organizational and marketing knowledge and skills;
Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word and Power Point);
Knowledge of Adobe Pro Extended Acrobat, Live Cycle Designer and Sharepoint software (an asset);
Demonstrates fluency in interpersonal relationships, demonstrates diplomacy and a high level of adaptability,dynamic, welcoming, resourceful, independent and able to work in a team.
