Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Independent Contractor
Growing Changes is a private, Edmonton-based multidisciplinary therapy provider dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children. We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team on a part-time contract basis.
Position Overview
This role involves conducting assessments and implementing individualized intervention strategies to support children with developmental needs. The primary objective is to empower families by providing them with the necessary tools and guidance to foster their child’s communication development and enhance participation in daily activities.
Therapists will work directly with families in their home environments, serving clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This position is available for immediate start, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate availability.
SLP contractors report to the Director and are responsible for ensuring that therapeutic goals and company objectives are met with the highest standards of care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental needs.
- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Flexible availability to meet client and organizational needs.
