We are currently looking for a Level 2 Technology Architect for a contract at PSPC.
The contract runs until March 31, 2025 up front.
The rate is $600/day incorporated and the clearance required is Enhanced.
Work would be on-site in the NCR.
TASKS
Technology Architect – Level 2:
Responsibilities include:
· Document the current state CMT environment integrations with MyGCPay along with all interdependencies between downstream apps that use web architecture.
· Document the data flows of these apps and identify requirements ensuring GC security and privacy policies, directives and standards are met.
· Identify and document linkages between legacy apps and the business to ensure these linkages are clearly documented and are drivers in the development of solutions.
· Identify any accessibility requirements in the legacy app that must be addressed or brought forward in the development of solutions.
· Document the user interfaces to understand the user journey and the current limitations of CMT
· Identify technical debt and mitigation strategies to prevent this debt from growing.
· Prepare legacy data for archiving to streamline the deployments of solutions.
· Sunset planning and execution to model how CMT and CCRM will operate in parallel to sustain operations during the staging of new solution implementations.

The resource will provide HCMSB with the following deliverables:
· Current state of legacy application solution architecture
· Enterprise architecture artifacts for business, information, application, technical, security and privacy.
· Non-functional requirements for solution development
· Application accessibility gap assessment
· User interface and user-centric artifacts

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years in evaluating application software solutions to determine technical and operational and economic feasibility of the solutions.
