Westshore Towing Ltd is hiring a team player. We are looking to add a full time dispatcher. Successful applicant must have own transportation to and from work.
Applicant must have excellent knowledge of Victoria, Westshore and surrounding areas.
Applicant must have knowledge of computers and programs(windows-word-excel) with excellent multi line phone skills. This job at times is fast pace and you must be able to multi task.
Knowledge of the Tow Book program is a must have.
The successful applicant must have knowledge of light duty, medium duty and heavy duty vehicles. In order to send the right equipment for the job.
As well as proven prior dispatching experience with a towing company. With ability of using a two way radio for dispatching drivers.
Duties will include but not be limited too, telephone answering, radio dispatch and digital dispatch of drivers. Data inputting, releasing of vehicles and filing. With other duties as they arise.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday with stats off.
