The Opportunity
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing private equity and public marketing company in downtown Vancouver? In this role you will gain exposure to investment opportunities and work alongside a diverse group of industry professionals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Managing schedules, appointments & travel arrangements
- Coordinating meetings & conferences
- Preparing and editing correspondence reports & paperwork
- Handling highly confidential information with discretion
- Managing contract execution and funding, and other public market related tasks
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using a variety of technologies including excel, word, powerpoint
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent organisational skills are essential
- Enthusiastic, friendly and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to prioritise tasks

Compensation
- Competitive Salary ($25-$40/hr / 40h per week / Available on Weekends)
- Performance based bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
