Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. These administrative functions include, but are not limited to, data retrieval, data compilation and reporting, letter and spreadsheet preparation, managing schedules, preparing correspondence for executive signature, maintaining an orderly records management system, and setting up Board and Committee meetings. The successful applicant shall be highly organized, skilled in handling unusual situations, maintaining confidences, and using tactful and effective communication to positively relate with staff, members, directors and the general public.

Education and Experience: An Office Administration Certificate or a combination of education/experience. 3-5 years of previous administrative experience would be considered an asset.
