We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing, dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong commitment to patient satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. We are fully digital, with CBCT machine, pan and ceph! Mentorship provided to the right candidate!
Skills
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the dental office.
- Experience or knowledge in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for dental applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
