Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
- Utilize dental software such as Abeldent to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and other general dentistry services.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, including CAD/CAM technology for restorations.
- Manage pediatric patients with specialized care approaches when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Abeldent preferred.
- Experience working with CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
