Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
