What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities Mississauga Branch is looking for a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join their team. You will provide support to a growing Investment Advisor's business by organizing seminars and client events, preparing invitations and newsletters, and preparing for meetings with clients and prospects.
What will you do?
Identify opportunities and refer them to your colleagues
Provide superior client service
Organize events and seminars
Social media and website marketing
Preparing invitations and newsletters
Provide the Investment Advisor with regular updates regarding leads
Preparing for meetings with clients and prospects
What do you need to succeed?
Exceptional client service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
University degree in related field
Experience in marketing/event planning
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course
Some knowledge of the financial / investment industry
